• Product conditions (new, used, graded) are described to the best of our ability
• We do not guarantee the future value or collectibility of any item
• Product availability is subject to change without notice

• All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
• In case of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel or proceed at the correct price
• Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

5. Orders and Payment

5.1 Order Acceptance

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
• Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance
• Payment authorization does not constitute order acceptance

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment through PayPal and other integrated payment processors. By providing payment information, you:

• Represent that you are authorized to use the payment method
• Authorize us to charge the full amount including taxes and shipping
• Agree to pay all applicable fees and charges

5.3 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
• We do not store complete credit card information on our servers

6. Shipping and Delivery

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition
• Items must be unopened and in sellable condition (exceptions for damaged/defective items)
• Sealed trading card products cannot be returned once opened
• Custom orders and clearance items may not be returnable

7.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact customer service at privacy@MVCCart.com
2. Provide order number and reason for return
3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Ship item back within 7 days of authorization

7.3 Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving returned item
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless item is defective

7.4 Damaged or Defective Items

• Report damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery
• Provide photographic evidence of damage
• We will provide a replacement or full refund including shipping costs

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Content

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
