No Returns or Exchanges
At Don't Play With Me Toys, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products purchased from our vendor space.
Why This Policy?
As a specialty collectibles and toys retailer, we offer unique items including trading cards, action figures, Funko Pop figures, and other collectible merchandise. Due to the nature of these products and their collectible value, we maintain a strict no-return policy to ensure product integrity and authenticity for all our customers.
Inspect Before Purchase
We encourage all customers to carefully inspect items before purchase. Our staff is available to answer questions about product condition, authenticity, and details prior to your purchase decision.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at the point of purchase. We will evaluate such claims on a case-by-case basis. Documentation such as photos may be required.
